Each quarterly visit is tailored to your home but commonly includes the following preventative services:

• Bi-annual HVAC air filter replacement

• System visual checks and airflow inspection

• Dishwasher filter and drain cleanout

• Sink drain cleanouts (kitchen and bathrooms)

• Visual leak checks under sinks and appliances

Laundry & Venting

• Dryer vent inspection and cleaning (where accessible)

General Home Maintenance

• Smoke and CO detector checks

• Visual inspection of doors, windows, and seals

• Minor adjustments and tightening as needed

Seasonal & Absence Checks (Snowbirds)
